Dea HMGNC (Grahadea Kusuf) is an electronic music producer and modular synthesizer performer based in Bandung, Indonesia, a core member of indie-electronic trio HMGNC, and the Founder & CEO of Kuassa, a pro-audio software developer.
His live modular performances blur the line between nostalgia and futurism, built around generative sequencing, evolving structures, and J-pop-inspired harmonies reminiscent of anime soundtracks. Lush supersaw textures intertwine with generative percussion, while glitchy hyperpop vocal samples shift effortlessly from kawaii sweetness to bursts of controlled aggression. Each set unfolds organically on stage, creating an immersive journey that balances hopeful melancholy with unpredictable sonic chaos.
