Noby_Owl 鸮鸣
A recording arts graduate, independent musician, and sound artist, Noby Owl gravitates towards processing equipment in conjunction with sound sources, sampling, guitar, and synthesizers in his creative endeavors. Spanning various genres, including drone, ambient, soundscape, noise, beats, and more, he is steadfast in breaking boundaries, as every sound has musical potential. His projects reflect this ethos: from exploring the cosmos and fractal theory with “42” (2021) and “42-Parallel” (2022), to immersive sonic experiences like “Sensation” at the “Metamorphosis – Endless Landscapes” exhibition (2023). His performances incorporate live improvisational sets like “Nomadic Winds” and “Bridge” (2023), noise-inspired performances such as “Hurts” in the “Dismember the Pain” exhibition (2023), and exploration of the concept of sensory illusion in his piece “Stained Perception” (2024).
毕业于录音艺术专业，独立音乐人、声音艺术家。倾向于使用新奇的处理设备，与各类声源、采样、乐器相结合的方式创作。作品跨越Drone、Ambient、Soundscape、Noise、Beats等风格流派。实践中坚持非定义无概念，追求特殊听感体验；努力打破界限，挖掘每种声音的音乐潜力；相信“万物之声皆音乐”。
