Artist/Producer/Music Production Instructor/DJ

Wan, at age 20, perceives music as auditory colors. He tries to describe the space through sound art , and to present the time concept through notes. Using modular synthesizers to explore the boundaries of music sound, Wan emphasizes the interaction between human sensation and the sound, based on which, he values most the free-flowing and natural music. He embraces influences from all genres of music and aesthetics，including but not limited to jazz, classical, ambient, and folk music. He rejects being defined by any genre. “Wan” is his name and the only style. Currently, Wan is also known as a DJ artist and meanwhile, preparing for his own album.
